Martorano’s
Martorano’s restaurant closed late last month at the Rio.
Chef and namesake Steve Martorano told Robin Leach last month that he was closing the location more than a year after the debut of a second restaurant at Paris on the Strip.
“I’ve been in Las Vegas eight years, and the dream was always to be on the Strip,” he said. “We had a great run at the Rio, but once we opened our first Strip location, we knew the Rio location would eventually have to close.”
