Helix Electric won the National Excellence in Construction Eagle Award. The program honors construction team members, and projects are judged on complexity, attractiveness, unique challenges overcome, completion time, workmanship, innovation, safety and cost. Helix won for its work at the Sands Expo and Convention Center.

New members of the Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers include: DigiTech Systems, based in Las Vegas and Paju, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea; GameAccount Network, based in London with a Henderson office; Ipsos, based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada; Joingo, based in San Jose, Calif.; Lazcano Sámano, based in Mexico City; Lightstone Solutions, based in Phoenix; and NYX Gaming Group, based in Guernsey with offices in Las Vegas, Stockholm and Sydney. The trade group is composed of 133 gaming supplier members from 20 countries.

Sullivan Luxury Homes Group, formerly Realty World Luxury Homes, joined Prudential Americana Group, Realtors, and is located at the company’s southwest office at 8337 W. Sunset Road, Suite 150, Las Vegas. Sullivan brought a team of 12 professionals who specialize in luxury homes and property representation.

Look Style Society, a hair, skin and nail salon, opened in Town Square Las Vegas.

Newave, a compliance and efficiency software supplier to the gaming industry, won the contract to install its tax forms validator software at two casinos in Oklahoma and one in North Dakota. Additionally, it has installed its eLearning software at the Hacienda Casino near Boulder City and a casino in Lemoore, Calif. The online training program was recently named in Casino Journal’s Top 20 Most Innovative Gaming Technology Products.
