Drs. Barry Nahin, Emily Peterson and Ethan Cruvant joined the Dignity Health Medical Group. Nahin is a board-certified family medicine physician, a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and Nevada Academy of Family Physicians, and was previously with K|E Medical Group. Peterson is a board-certified pediatrician, a member of and fellow for the American Academy of Pediatrics, and is formerly with Nevada Pediatric Specialists. Cruvant is a board-certified internal medicine physician; a member of the American College of Physicians-American Society of Internal Medicine, American Medical Association, Clark County Medical Association and Nevada State Medical Association, and is formerly with K|E Medical Group. Nahin and Cruvant will practice at the primary care clinic at 8285 W. Arby Ave., Suite 231, Las Vegas, while Peterson will see patients at the primary care clinic at 10001 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 203, Henderson.

Lynn Stange is chief compliance officer at Nathan Adelson Hospice. She previously worked for Nathan Adelson in 2003 as director of staff development and regulatory compliance.

Darris Peterson is vice president of the health care division at EV&A Architects. He has more than 25 years of health care architecture experience.

Jennifer Gaynor, a shareholder in Lionel Sawyer and Collins’ gaming and regulatory law department, joined the board of directors of the Nevada Preservation Foundation.

Langdon Flynn Communications, a public relations agency with offices in Las Vegas and Orlando, has hired account supervisor Molly Castano, account executive Kristin Weddingfeld, account coordinator Flerine Atienza and office manager Stephanie Lane. Castano previously worked as a corporate publicist for Cirque du Soleil, Weddingfeld was with the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas and Atienza was an intern at the company. Langdon Flynn also has signed several new clients, including Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Las Vegas, Human Nature, Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant and RN74 Seattle.

Prudential Americana Group recognized its top individual real estate sales executives and teams for 2013. The top individual was Mark Weinberg and the top team was Shapiro and Sher Group — the seventh year it has received this designation. For the third consecutive year, Prudential’s Summerlin office was named branch of the year; Karen Javier, brokerage administrator, was named employee of the year; Kris Williams was named rookie of the year; and the Napoli Group was recognized as the company’s top contributor to the nonprofit Sunshine Kids Foundation.

Deborah Danielson of Danielson Financial Group was named one of the Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in America by Barron’s financial magazine. She also was recognized as the No. 3 advisor in Nevada.

Tom Johnston is managing director of the Phoenix and Las Vegas markets for Voit Real Estate Services. Prior to joining Voit, Johnston served as senior vice president of leasing and sales for PhoenixMart.

Sha’ron Wolfin Eden is director of the Jewish National Fund for Greater Las Vegas. Eden previously worked at the Greater East Bay Jewish Federation in California as director of the local Aliyah office and as campus outreach coordinator.

Rut Laureano is an associate attorney at Williamson Law Office. She will work with the firm’s business litigation, family law and immigration practice areas. Laureano has worked for several law firms in Las Vegas and California.

Armstrong Teasdale’s Tara Baugh was elected to the board of directors of the Las Vegas chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators. The Las Vegas ALA chapter, which was founded in 1980, provides support to professionals involved in the management of law firms, corporate legal departments and government legal agencies.

Nikki Neu is an account executive and social media strategist, Krystle Anttonelli is an assistant account executive and Niki Reid was promoted to account executive in the public relations division of SK+G. Neu previously owned a media-based company, Anttonelli previously worked in public relations at Caesars Entertainment, and Reid has had roles as assistant account executive, coordinator and intern.

Coldwell Banker’s Hanna Dam was named the company’s 2013 Rookie of the Year.

Teresa McKee was promoted to CEO of the Nevada Association of Realtors. She previously was the group’s legal counsel and had served as interim CEO since late last year.

Matthew Resler is executive director at Special Olympics Nevada. He most recently was CEO, producer and entertainment consultant for Vegas Java Entertainment.

Dr. James W. Dunnavant Jr., DDS, was awarded a fellowship in the American Society of Dental Surgeons.

Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley are senior vice presidents of the new Las Vegas Investment Services Division at Colliers International – Las Vegas. Previously, the pair established New Growth Commercial Real Estate Co. There, Richards and Lesley closed more than $560 million in transaction volume. Additionally, Jennifer Pompi is an executive assistant and Brandy Dumas is a property assistant at Colliers. Pompi has more than 10 years of experience in administrative services, including time at Pepsi Beverage Co., and Dumas has 15 years of administrative experience and most recently was the real estate administrator for Voit Real Estate Services.

Allstate Insurance Co. opened a new office in Las Vegas, which is independently owned and operated by agent Eric Danley.

Michael Toney is vice president of sales at the Golden Nugget. He has held vice president and executive director positions with Station Casinos, Hard Rock Hotel and SLS Las Vegas.

Stacey Johnston is a design support specialist at the Korte Co. Her design experience includes public safety and educational projects.

Patricia Norman is group fitness director and Cheri Linden is assistant group fitness director at Las Vegas Athletic Clubs. They oversee LVAC’s 700 classes per week, and both will teach, as well.

Ana Chase is a regional real estate manager at Sunrise Management. She has more than 10 years of experience in the multifamily industry, specializing in onsite operations and property management, with expertise in capital improvements and property renovations. She was most recently with CompassRock Real Estate. The company also added five communities encompassing 845 units to its Las Vegas portfolio. They are: Cypress Springs, El Pueblo Las Brisas, El Pueblo de los Arboles, Jovanna Villas and Southern Cove.

Several fall graduates of the International School of Hospitality have landed positions, including: Jordan Espinosa as a concierge at Hilton Grand Vacations, Leah Foster as a guest services agent at Caesars Palace, Gina Gangemi as an event and wedding planner at Brit Bertino Event Excellence in Las Vegas, and Britt McManus Chapman as the executive services administrator for Nevada Health Centers in Carson City.
