Five more tenants were named today at Tivoli Village at Queensridge, the shopping and office development opening next spring in western Las Vegas.
The 29-acre mixed-use development, being built by IDB Group USA and Executive Home Builders, said the latest tenants are: Charming Charlie, a fashion accessory boutique; Tivoli Irish Pub, from the creators of the Miami-based Brickell Irish Pub; Petra Greek Restaurant, Roc of Republic Couture and Obika Optical & Sunglasses.
Previously announced tenants include Merrill Lynch, Kidville, Cantina Laredo, BRIO Tuscan Grille, Ratskeller, Pesci's Pizza, Sushi Bar, lifestyle boutique CORSA and Ritual Salon & Spa.
Patrick Done, executive vice president of Tivoli Village at Queensridge, said in a statement: "The mix of retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues that we've assembled so far at Tivoli Village will offer residents a true destination where they can shop, dine or simply spend a leisurely afternoon or evening in a beautiful and lively outdoor setting."
