What is your hobby/sport?
I work out nearly 4-5 days a week in my home gym. It leaves me feeling like I am protecting my health and longevity as well as developing brain and cardiovascular health and a reduced risk of late-life memory loss. It's something I've been doing for 10 years.
What tips do you have when you’ve “hit the wall” and need motivation to continue?
Distract yourself and think about something else.
What are the health risks you keep an eye out for?
Reactivation of an old knee injury.
How does working out affect what you eat?
I am very conscious of both total calories and the content (of my diet) — high in fish, vegetables, and fruit.
