Describe your business: Petroglyph is an independent game development studio that has more than 100 people on staff. We have launched nine titles with two more in development. The company specializes in Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA), Online Real-Time Strategy (RTS) and Action/RPG games. Members of Petroglyph love playing games and love creating them. We represent a nexus of engineering expertise, game design talent and development process experience that is committed to creating great entertainment hits, which are as fun to play as they are to make.

People who play online PC games.

What makes you unique?

Our newest title, “End of Nations,” is considered to be the world’s first triple-A MMORTS (Massively Multiplayer Online Real Time Strategy) game. These types of games can support hundreds or thousands of players simultaneously.

What’s the most important part of your job?

I’m the president and a co-founder of Petroglyph and spend most of my time programming on our technology team.

How can Nevada improve its business climate?

It would be great to have tax incentives for computer and video game developers. Other states have some great offerings.
