Describe the services you offer.
We are a made-from-scratch school lunch provider. Our menu items are prepared fresh daily in our commercial kitchen, pre-packaged and delivered to our schools for their students.
Who are your customers?
We currently serve more than 3,000 students in the Las Vegas area who attend private and charter schools.
What makes your business unique?
Our program is customizable based on the needs of the children and the school. Parents order online and choose from a variety of entrée options daily. They can also order up until 8 a.m. the morning of delivery.
We have taken “kid favorite” foods (macaroni and cheese, pizza, chicken tenders) and made them as healthy as we can while maintaining the “yum” factor.
What is your business philosophy?
I believe that as a business owner, it is my responsibility to provide the same product and service that I would want given to my family.
I also believe that you are only as good as the people that you surround yourself with, which is why I have found the most amazing team to work with.
It is my responsibility to provide an atmosphere filled with appreciation for one another and encourage every employee to reach his or her highest potential — even if that means they need to move on to another company or career. I support what will make my employees be the very best that they can be.
What’s the most important part of your job?
What is the hardest part about doing business in Las Vegas?
There are very limited resources for fresh and organic foods.
What is the best part about doing business in Las Vegas?
Other business owners want to see you succeed and go out of their way to do what they can to help you. I have amazing relationships with my school administrators, my bank and the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce.
What obstacles has your business overcome?
Sourcing the best products for the best price.
