A Las Vegas staple is refreshing its image with a ranch-themed renovation. The company behind PT’s Tavern is in a building phase, launching its PT’s Ranch brand after adding two properties.

Meanwhile, Mexican food is spicing things up at the Linq, and the west side of town is gaining dining and entertainment options even as it loses a home decorator’s paradise.

PT’s Entertainment Group, a subsidiary of Golden Gaming, has remodeled a PT’s Gold location to fit its new brand, the latest in a series of expansions and renovations by the state’s largest tavern operator.

The PT’s Gold location at 2430 E. Pebble Road has been redesigned, and it reopened last month as a PT’s Ranch (pictured above), with a western theme and Southwestern-style menu. The 7,000-square-foot space includes room for gaming and an outdoor patio.

The renovation follows the opening of a PT’s Gold location Dec. 1 at the site of the former O’Aces Bar & Grill, 9050 W. Post Road, Las Vegas. The tavern company also opened a PT’s Pub on Dec. 27 at 1331 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, in the space vacated by Tomfoolery.

PT’s Entertainment Group operates 45 locations in Nevada and is known for creating different brands under the PT's umbrella. The first PT’s Pub opened in Las Vegas in 1982.
