Banana Republic debuts at Downtown Summerlin; northwest gets new Solutions

New businesses are popping up across the valley.

A popular burger truck debuted another brick-and-mortar location as a telecommunications provider reached out to its northwest valley clients.

Meanwhile, fashion lovers welcomed two stores to the area.

    • “Buta Burger” at Fukuburger.

      Fukuburger opened a Chinatown location last month.

      The Japanese-American burger fusion eatery, which began with just a food truck but has expanded with brick-and-mortar locations, opened the new store Nov. 19.

      The menu offers six burgers, like the Chicken Katsu, or “crispy chicken,” burger, as well as beer, wine and shakes, according to a news release.

      A grand opening celebration is planned for 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday at the new business at 3429 S. Jones Blvd., near Spring Mountain Road.

      Hours of operation are 11:30 to 1 a.m. Monday through Thursday and 11:30 to 3 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

    • Robert Graham at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets

      Robert Graham

      New York-based retailer Robert Graham opened a store at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets last week.

      The 3,000-square-foot store at 875 S. Grand Central Parkway, near West Bonneville Avenue, opened Nov. 26.

      The brand “represents the American eclectic lifestyle,” with products including sportswear, denim and loungewear, according to its website.

      Hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

    • Banana Republic at Downtown Summerlin

      Banana Republic

      Clothing retailer Banana Republic opened a store Nov. 18 at Downtown Summerlin.

      The 8,500-square-foot store offers the clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories.

      The business at 1875 Festival Plaza Drive, near West Sahara Avenue and South Pavilion Center Drive, is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.

      Guests should expect hours to vary this month.

    • Cox Solutions Store in Centennial Hills

      Cox Communications customers in Centennial Hills now have the chance to pay their bills and schedule service at a store in their neighborhood.

      The area welcomed a Cox Solutions Store, the fifth such store in Southern Nevada, on Oct. 13, according to a company news release.

      The store at 7930 W. Tropical Parkway, Suite 160, near Centennial Center Boulevard, is about 3,000 square feet.

      Customers can learn about Cox's home automation systems, shop for accessories and more.

      The business is open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. It is closed Sunday.

      Cox is the third-largest cable company in the country, according to a news release.
