Las Vegas Based High Tech Firm Announces First Annual Design-A-Thon Competition with Proceeds Benefitting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Henderson.
Las Vegas, NV September 12, 2012
MonRēve Multimedia announced today that it is combining its resources with local PR Firm, Keep Public Relations, to search for the next generation of talented and creative individuals in the fields of graphic design, photography, videography, web design, and other high tech arenas.
Peter Paragas, CEO of MonRēve Multimedia said today: “With this event we have created a platform whereby these individuals can come together in a high energy, competitive and innovative environment. They will have an opportunity to have their talents showcased in front of their peers as well as other companies in the high tech design industry”. Opportunities for networking with these various companies are expected to result in prospective occupational and/or recruiting chances for both contestants and companies alike.
The format for the competition will center on the contestant’s employing their own laptops and tablets in a round-table format in the ballroom of the participating hotel. “This occasion is a little like Iron Chef meets High-Tech Job Fair – simply show everyone what you can do with just your mind and your computer”, Paragas added. A majority portion of the entrance fees for the contest will be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Henderson. The date is September 29th, 2012 from 9am – 5pm, and the location is at the M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson.
