September 18, 2012 - The MDL Group of Las Vegas, NV has just closed 3055-3085 Flamingo Road also known as Flamingo Courtyard. This property is located on Flamingo Road just east of McLeod Drive and is located near the I-515, Desert Springs Hospital and McCarran International Airport. This office building with tavern consisted of 48,644 SF and sold for $2,250,000.00 through a receivership sale on August 28.2012. Phillip Dunning, CCIM and Lisa Hauger represented John Pinjuv, Court Appointed Receiver the seller, Crown Commercial Investment LLC was the buyer.
