Frontier Financial Group raises food for needy

FRONTIER FINANCIAL GROUP RAISES FOOD FOR NEEDY
Company Teams Up with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas Again to Benefit Those Less Fortunate

HENDERSON, NV, Nov. 27 - In the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving (November 1st through 21st) Frontier Financial Group conducted a canned food drive for the 165 employees of its Henderson, NV collection agency. The food collected was donated to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas. This was the first time the company conducted a Thanksgiving food drive, but according to the company this will be an annual event.

Nicole Perez, Executive Assistant at Frontier Financial Group said that “a good majority” of the staff participated in the food drive. “We raised 5 big boxes full of food,” said Perez after the drive concluded. Those 5 boxes of food could feed as many as 500 people, by some estimates.

Frontier Financial Group has a history of giving back to the community. This year will be their 3rd year conducting a toy drive for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas. Michael Hall, Director of Collections for the Frontier Financial Group says he's “proud” to dress up as Santa Claus every year to hand out the toys that his companies employees donate for the needy kids.
