Child Care Fills 24/7 Needs

TINKER TOWN LEARN AND PLAY CENTER which provides 24-hour care at three locations in the valley. Sherry Overby is the owner of Tinker Town. She estimates that at least 45% of the families she serves use the after-hour service.
"Just about any buisness that is open 24 hours is going to have some people that need this service," Overby says. "Hospitals, the police department, restaurants- even if they aren't open all night and are open later than traditional daycares." With a day care on a traditional schedule, this could require alot of shuffling or maybe even a missed opportunity to earn some extra money." Las Vegas is a 24hour town, and having a 24 hour Child care Center seems logical" Overby says.
We do a Preschool program starting at 9AM thru the day till 6PM. We provide all meals and snacks and also provide special activities.
We have struggled thru the economy crises, but we still seem to get parents that need us as a drop-in, so they can go out for the evening or the day. We have hourly, dailey, 2,3,4 days, part time, and full time rates.
We also provide transportation to nearby schools.
