Las Vegas Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise Named 2012 Regional Customer Service Award Winner

Kitchen Tune-Up, a national kitchen and bath remodeling franchise, has awarded Las Vegas, NV franchise owner Paul Climer with their Regional Customer Service Award for 2012. The award was presented at the Kitchen Tune-Up 25th Anniversary National Reunion in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Kitchen Tune-Up evaluates all franchises on a monthly basis, looking for the one that most exemplifies their company Trustpoints. These Trustpoints include guaranteeing their estimates, returning calls within 24 hours and working within each client’s schedule. In addition, the company looks at the number of customer comment cards returned in any one month period. To win the regional award, the owner must have been awarded one of the twelve monthly honors as well as maintained the highest customer service standards throughout the year.
The National Reunion is a specialized two-day training conference for franchise owners from across the country. As part of the conference, owners participated in learning sessions on kitchen trends, product training, innovations in kitchen remodeling and more. Participation in the annual training has shown to both motivate and hone the skills of the owner as they return to their local communities.
