Genghis Grill Opens First Location in Henderson, Nevada - The Largest Mongolian Stir Fry “Khanquers” Again

Henderson, NV – March 9, 2012 - Genghis Grill will officially open its doors to Henderson and Las Vegas residents on Sunday, March 11th. The new location will offer residents a chance to “build your own bowl” to your liking from over 70 fresh ingredients as well as offer over 100+ new jobs to the Las Vegas market.
The Genghis Grill location is located at 550 N. Stephanie St. in Henderson, Nevada.
Owner-operator William Rodriguez has teamed up with Genghis Grill corporate in a joint venture. Brooke Chavez is leading the brand development with Regan Noad, the local operator, to develop the Genghis brand in the Las Vegas, NV area. The team has also successfully opened locations in Tucson, AZ, Lubbock, TX and Midland, TX with pending development in El Paso, TX.
“We are proud and very excited to bring great food and the unique Genghis Mongolian Grill dining experience to Las Vegas and Henderson,” said Rodriguez.
Genghis Grill, the largest Mongolian Grill in the U.S., is well-known for its fresh, hot and healthy food, and for its style of fun service.
