Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services has been honored as a Top Leasing Firm by CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP), commercial real estate's leading independent research firm.
CoStar also presented "Power Broker" awards to several members of the company's investment sales and leasing team, including Jason Simon, Rob Lujan, Laramie Bracken, Nicholas Barber and Jeremy Foley.
Jason Simon, Rob Lujan, Nicholas Barber and Jeremy Foley were named Top Office Leasing "Power Brokers" for 2012. Laramie Bracken was named Top Retail Leasing "Power Broker" for 2012. Jason Simon and Rob Lujan were recognized as Top Industrial Leasing "Power Brokers" for 2012.
CoStar Power Broker Awards recognize distinguished professionals in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the achievements of the U.S. firms and individual brokers who closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases for the entire year of 2012 in their respective markets.
Gatski Commercial team members were evaluated against other commercial real estate brokers active in the region by CoStar Group, and subsequently ranked among the top brokers in the market.
All awards are based on transaction data maintained in CoStar's commercial real estate database, which is the largest independently researched database of commercial real estate property information available online.
