Gatski Commercial Handling Property Management, Leasing for Downtown Office Building

B&R; Receivership, LLC. retained Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services to handle property management and leasing for 400 South Fourth Street, a 103,119-square-foot, Class A office building in downtown Las Vegas.

Tenants in the building, which was built in 2001, include Cotton,Driggs, Walch, Holley, Woloson & Thompson, Mainor Eglet, Quiznos, City Centre Cafe© and Olson, Cannon, Gormley & Desruis.

Gatski Commercial Senior Investment Sales and Leasing Associates, Rob Lujan and Jason Simon, are handling leasing for the center. Property Manager Olivia Fisher, LEED(®) AP O+M, is overseeing property management.
