MassMedia Corporate Communications Promotes New Account Manager

HENDERSON, Nev. (May 21, 2013) – Paula Yakubik, managing partner of MassMedia Corporate Communications, a full-service public relations, advertising and marketing firm, recently announced the promotion of Carlton Sanders to account manager.
Sanders, who joined the MassMedia team as a social media specialist at the end of last year, now oversees the social media department and serves as the lead strategist on social media for all client accounts. He trains new staff, as well as current agency team members, on the latest developments in new social capabilities, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter.
Sanders has brought a wealth of expertise in social media communications to MassMedia. Since starting with the agency, he has boosted awareness of many clients’ services by expanding their social media presence. As account manager, his new duties include monitoring media relations, social media, budgeting, billing, interactive initiatives and advertising for multiple client accounts.
Prior to joining MassMedia, Sanders served as the marketing and communications coordinator for Terry Fator. He began his career in marketing as an intern at Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open and Time Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science in marketing from the Lee Business School at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
