HealthCare Partners Nevada Honored for Commitment to Community

LAS VEGAS (May 22, 2013) – HealthCare Partners Nevada, a leading physician-run network of primary, specialty and urgent care providers in Southern Nevada, received the prestigious Institution of Excellence award during the Señoras of Excellence and Señores of Distinction Awards Gala on May 4 at Wynn Las Vegas.
The annual event, presented by the Foundation for Excellence and Distinction, recognizes individuals who excel in their careers and contribute to improving the surrounding community. In addition to honoring six individual community members, the organization named HealthCare Partners the 2013 Institution of Excellence, recognizing the organization’s ongoing commitment to leading the transformation of the nation’s health care delivery system and improving quality of care.
HealthCare Partners Nevada CEO Sherif Abdou, M.D., who accepted the award on behalf of the company, thanked HealthCare Partners’ employees for their dedication to the community and their continued efforts to bring about lasting change within the health care system.
“This prestigious award represents a significant achievement for HealthCare Partners,” Abdou said following the event. “Our dedicated team members have demonstrated a selfless commitment to improving upon every aspect of the patient experience as we continue to build the greatest health care community the world has ever seen.”
