First Person Care Clinic (A Model To Follow)

LAS VEGAS, NV – First Person Care Clinic Community Health and Wellness Center is a local, nonprofit, 501c3, medical center helping to serve the uninsured, underinsured, undocumented, refugee and underserve communities as well as privately insured Medicaid and Medicare patients in Southern Nevada. “First Person Care Clinic (A MODEL TO FOLLOW)” is having their Ribbon Cutting and Health Fair June 7th at 5pm at the clinic. First Person along with their collaborative partners in the community will be providing Medical Screenings on site such as blood pressure (hypertension), BMI (Body Mass Index), blood sugar (glucose), posture & spine screening (Scoliosis, Kyphosis), vision and hearing plus more will be offered.
First Person Care Clinic provides income based sliding fee scale for our low income & uninsured patients. Patients will need to declare household size and bring their proof of income for whomever earns income for the household (example as paystub, tax return, unemployment benefits statement, SSI Statement, etc.). If uninsured or Low income you can schedule an appointment and determine eligibility simply by calling (702) 380 8118.
