Western Day at the Old Las Vegas Fort

Celebrate Nevada's frontier heritage at Western Day! Grab your cowboy hat and come on down to the Old Las Vegas Fort on Saturday, March 31, from 10am to 5pm. The Fort is located at 500 E. Washington Ave. This is a fun family event with old west themed entertainment and activities. The Water Stone Bunch from Pahrump will perform cowboy skits and gun fights at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Native American dancers will perform at 12 Noon, and Loop Rawlins will do his legendary Trick Roping at 1:00 pm. Listen to classic country western music by the Whiskey Revival band at 2:30pm. There will be kid’s games, pony rides, a bounce house and much more. The Mustang Club of Las Vegas will display some classic Mustang cars. Explore living history exhibits and watch blacksmith demonstrations. Merchandise and food vendors will be at the event.
