Three Bailey Kennedy Partners Named 2013 Mountain States Super Lawyers

LAS VEGAS (June 25, 2013) Three partners at the law firm of Bailey Kennedy have been named Mountain States Super Lawyers in the prestigious program’s 2013 listing. Managing partner John R. Bailey, partner Dennis L. Kennedy and partner Joshua M. Dickey have been named Mountain States Super Lawyers in the 2013 edition. No more than five percent of attorneys in the Mountain States area of Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho and Montana are selected to Super Lawyers each year.

The annual selections are made using a rigorous multi-phased process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
Bailey is the firm’s founder and managing partner, focusing on healthcare law and business litigation. Kennedy’s practice focuses on business and professional liability litigation and Dickey’s legal practice focuses on business law and commercial litigation. He is one of Nevada’s most renowned health care litigators and has been named a “Super Lawyer” every year since 2007. He has been named a “Mountain States Super Lawyer” every year since 2009 and was named a “Nevada Super Lawyer” in both 2007 and 2008.
