Dave Dziedzic and Housing Angels hit milestone of helping 1,000 homeowners gain Freedom from Foreclosure
Las Vegas, NV – Dave Dziedzic, the broker of Gold Door Realty and the
founder of Housing Angels (housingangels.com) has been helping
homeowners since 2007.
As Dziedzic says, “This is a very special July 4th for us. We have helped over 1,000 homeowners avoid foreclosure and stay in their home. This has been a lot
of work, but well worth it. And not only have we helped homeowners gain
Freedom from Foreclosure, we have done it without charging a fee to the
homeowner.”
At the recent Client Appreciation Party hosted at the Housing Angels'
Phoenix office, the homeowners agreed. Kim Bradfield and her family were able to avoid foreclosure and stay in their home. As Bradfield says, “They were
amazing. They walked us through the process and they did all the work. Now we are working on buying our home back”. Fred Fuller remembers, “We were about
to lose our home and went through every other option without success. Then we
found the Housing Angels. We were able to stay in our home and actually
bought it back last month.”
“We were right up to the auction date,” recalls Lisa Turley, “and then we got a call from Dave telling us the bank had stopped the foreclosure. And now we are still in our home and will be buying it back in a couple of months”.
Dziedzic is now focused on helping the next 1,000 homeowners. “There are
currently hundreds of homeowners around Las Vegas with a foreclosure date
on their home. And the time to act is now since the extension of the IRS
Mortgage Forgiveness Act runs out at the end of this year. We can help
homeowners avoid foreclosure and also help them stay in their home or
find another home."
