The Penta Building Group Announces New Director of Finance and Corporate Services

LAS VEGAS (August 12, 2013) – The PENTA Building Group announced today the addition of Michael Corbett as the company’s director of finance and corporate services. In his new role, Corbett is responsible for overseeing PENTA’s safety, risk management, finance, accounting, information technology and human resources departments.
Corbett brings 23 years of finance and corporate services knowledge and experience to PENTA. He recently served as the chief financial officer of William A. Berry & Son Inc., a New England construction management and professional services company specializing in health care, medical research and higher education facilities.
The addition of Corbett allows John Cannito, the former vice president of finance and corporate services, to transition into his new role as PENTA’s chief operating officer.
