The Equity Group Expands Staff and Promotes from Within
LAS VEGAS, NV – The Equity Group is proud to welcome Neal Anzalotti, Tyler Mays and Jason Brooks to the company as vice president and senior brokerage associates respectively. The Equity Group is also proud to announce the promotion of Steve Neiger to senior brokerage associate.
"This is an exciting time for us. We are adding great brokers and growing leadership from within The Equity Group," said Brendan Keating, principal of The Equity Group. "With the market showing good momentum, we continue to see year-over-year growth and opportunities for expansion."
Anzalotti obtained his real estate license and joined Joel Laub & Associates (JLA) in 1990. While at JLA, Anzalotti focused on land acquisitions for major builders, built and maintained company relationships, as well as retail and industrial sales and leasing. A native Bostonian and 1978 Berklee College of Music graduate, Anzalotti moved to Las Vegas to start a music career spanning 23 plus years that ranged from Las Vegas strip production shows to world tours with many top recording artists.
Mays is a native Las Vegan and graduated from Bishop Gorman High School where he was a member of the men's golf team. Mays attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) for three years on a golf scholarship before transferring to California State University, Long Beach (CSULB). While at CSULB, Mays was First Team All Big West and received his bachelor's degree in communications in 2003. After graduating college, Mays played professional golf for three years before starting his commercial real estate career with Sperry Van Ness in 2006.
Prior to joining The Equity Group, Brooks leased a real estate portfolio for a local firm consisting of over one million square feet. Brooks also was a successful marketing representative for an international Fortune 500 title insurance company where he was repeatedly recognized as the top producing sales representative within the company. Brooks is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in business and communication from UNLV, as well as his CCIM designation.
Joining The Equity Group in 2011, Neiger has had $5.5 million in transactions leasing over 134,000 square feet in retail, office and industrial space. Neiger’s growing experience, character and unmatched level of customer service will continue to make him one of The Equity Group’s top agents. Prior to beginning his career in commercial real estate, Neiger held numerous positions in the public and private sectors including owning his own small business while in college. Neiger holds a bachelor’s degree in business management graduating summa cum laude with department honors from UNLV. Neiger is a member of NAIOP’s Developing Leader Institute and enjoys helping organize local events and fundraisers such as Family To Family Connection’s “Touch-A-Truck.”
