LAS VEGAS (Nov. 18, 2013) – Colliers International – Las Vegas announced today the finalization of the following transactions:
• A 168-month lease (NNN) to Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center. The 32,508-square-foot office property is located at 7455 W. Washington Ave. in the Longford Medical Center. The total transaction amount was $7,006,000. Taber Thill, SIOR of Colliers International, represented the lessee. Jason Simon of Gatski Commercial represented the lessor, COMM2006 c-8 7455 LLC.
• A 60-month lease renewal to Amazon.com. The 283,920-square-foot industrial property is located at 3837 Bay Lake Trail, Suite 111 in the Las Vegas Corporate Center. The total transaction value was $4,915,081. Dan Doherty, SIOR, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessor, PAR Industrial LLC.
• The sale of an industrial building to Aloha Shoyu, Inc. The 28,325-square-foot property is located at 4080 N. Pecos Road, in the Silverado Industrial Park, Phase III. The total transaction value was $1,695,000. Dean Willmore, SIOR and Eric Molfetta of Colliers International represented the buyer. Mark Anthony Rua of Realty Executives of Nevada represented the seller, Grand Jen Realty Las Vegas LLC.
• A 65-month lease to ConAm Management Corporation. The 4,348-square-foot office property is located 376 E. Warm Springs Road, Suite 260 in the Airport Corporate Center. The total transaction value was $434,731. Patti Dillon, Ryan Martin, CCIM, SIOR, Tom Stilley and Lizz Stilley represented the lessee. Amy Lance of CB Richard Ellis represented the lessor, Warm Springs Limited Partnership.
• A 26-month lease to Sofidel America Corporation. The 39,100-square-foot industrial property is located at 140 Cassia Way, Suite 100 in Las Vegas. The total transaction value was $342,516. Spencer Pinter, Dan Doherty, SIOR, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the lessee.
• A 24-month lease to Ace Asphalt of Arizona, LLC. The 5,000-square-foot industrial property is located at 2031 Pabco Road and 240 Sunpac Ave. in Henderson. The total transaction value was $163,212. • A 60-month lease to Tony Tran. The 1,082-square-foot retail property is located at 585-B College Drive in Henderson. The total transaction value was $111,000. David Grant of Colliers International represented the lessor, E.S. & R.E. Berger Family Trust.
• A 24-month lease renewal to Boot Camp Las Vegas LLC. The 10,737-square-foot industrial property is located at 6635 South Eastern Ave., Suite 101 in Las Vegas. • A 84-month lease to Absolute Exhibits Inc. The 50,172-square-foot industrial property is located at 6620 Escondido St., Suite E in the CIP Airport Distribution Center. Brian Riffel of Colliers International represented the lessee.
