LAS VEGAS (February 24, 2014 )—The Sauter Companies, one of the most venerable brokerage companies in the greater Las Vegas real estate market, has changed its name to reflect its acquisition of the NAI brand for the southern Nevada market. The new name, NAI Vegas, indicates the main geographic focus area for the business and also signals its return to a full- service real estate company with increased talent, capabilities and resources. NAI Vegas will continue to be a leader in investment sales, and with the expansion, will bring the same quality service to its leasing, property management and receivership divisions. The expanded team members bring a wealth of complimentary experience and expertise to NAI Vegas that will enable the company to undertake any real estate assignment, regardless of size or complexity.
