HENDERSON, NV –– May 22, 2012 –– Casino MonteLago at Lake Las Vegas is set for an action packed three day weekend celebrating its 1st Anniversary with free Fireworks, cake and champagne, live entertainment and a $100,000 Roll the Dice Anniversary Contest!
Friday, May 25th
Jump Jive & Wail, the premier swing band in Las Vegas will perform inside Casino MonteLago from 7pm – 11pm. There is also a free classic rock concert on the lake featuring Guilty Pleasures from 7pm – 10pm.
Saturday, May 26th
The festivities begin with free cake and champagne in the casino from 4:00pm - 7:00 pm. Jump Jive & Wail will perform in Casino MonteLago from 8pm – midnight. At 9:00 PM, there will be a dazzling fireworks display over Lake Las Vegas.
“We are so pleased to be able to say thank you to the local community which has supported us and made our first year a success” said Jon Berkley, CEO of Intrepid Gaming, the owners of the property.
From 7:00pm – 10:00 pm, there will be a free live Jazz concert on the lake featuring Lady J Huston.
Sunday, May 27th
The $100,000 1st Anniversary Dice Roll Contest will begin at 5:00pm. Thirty lucky Club MonteLago members will roll oversized dice down a staircase in an attempt to win up to $100,000 cash! Club MonteLago members will earn entries all weekend long by playing with their Club MonteLago card. Five or more Contestants will be selected at random at 4:00pm. Winners must be present to Roll the Dice.
Jump Jive and Wail will again be performing live in Casino MonteLago from 7:00pm – 11:00pm. The free live entertainment continues on the Lake with The Edge performing Classic Rock from 6:00pm – 10:00pm.
