Mint Property Group, Ltd. Represents Landlord in Miller's Ale House Lease

May 30, 2014 (Las Vegas, NV): William Skupa and Gino Vincent of MINT Property Group, Ltd. represented the Landlord, Sunstone Arroyo, LLC, in the 15-year, +/-2.04 acre ground lease of 594 N. Stephanie St. in Henderson, Nevada to Miller’s Las Vegas Ale House, LLC. Miller’s Ale House constructed a new +/-9,500 square foot building on the site which is adjacent to the Sunset Station Hotel & Casino. The new restaurant is now open for business and is the second Miller’s Ale House location in the Las Vegas valley. Jerry Bertholdi and Chuck Albert of JB&A; represented the tenant.
