Colliers International – Las Vegas Expands Local Team

LAS VEGAS – (June 12, 2014) – Mike Mixer, executive managing director of Colliers International – Las Vegas, announced today the company has hired three new team members: Julie Bauman as associate, Maurica Brown as research analyst and Jessie Noche as assistant property manager.
As an associate, Bauman assists with brokering land deals across Southern Nevada. A Las Vegas native, she previously worked as a senior commercial escrow officer for First American Title. Prior to that, she worked at National Title in commercial escrow.
In her role as research analyst, Brown oversees Colliers International’s commercial property database inventory, which includes available and comparable records to enhance the company’s research efforts. Prior to joining Colliers International, Brown worked in the real estate research department for Discount Retail Store Services, where she was named Top Producer of the Year for three consecutive years.
Noche joins Colliers as an assistant property manager. She maintains a portfolio of office, retail and industrial assets. She also assists with marketing, accounting and other financial activities, and corresponds with property owners, landlords, tenants and vendors to address various needs. Previously, she was the client services specialist in the office brokerage department for CBRE Inc. She is a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), and she received a degree in accounting from Antelope Valley College.
