A single tenant office building located in the Anthem Master Planned area of Henderson closed escrow yesterday. The 12,000 sq. ft. structure is a class "A" office building. This sale recorded yesterday at $3,400,000. Al Barbagallo represented the Seller and was quoted as saying "this sets a new record at highest price per square foot for the area, indicating our economy is in recovery mode".
