Dietician joins team of top docs at K│E Medical Group – Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Joining the team of multidiscipline medical professionals focused upon offering personalized, patient-centered healthcare at K | E Medical Group – Las Vegas is Shanna Love.
Love, a certified registered dietician who has worked in Southern Nevada since 1999, works collaboratively with seven renowned physicians – whose specialties range from internal medicine and cardiology, to family medicine and women’s health – at the multispecialty facility at 8205 W. Warm Springs Road, across from St. Rose Dominican Hospitals – San Martín campus.

Love earned her bachelor’s and masters’ of science degrees in nutritional science and dietetics from the University of Central Oklahoma, where she was selected for the Phi Upsilon Omicron honor society for excellence. Moving to Las Vegas in 1999, she worked at Valley Hospitals as a clinical dietician and then later for pharmaceutical companies Merck & Co., MedPoint Pharmaceuticals and Santarus Inc. While working for Santarus, she received the company’s President’s Club award twice and was named one of its Representatives of the Year.
Love is a member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and Nevada Dietetics Association. She is also a member of several nutrition practice groups, including Sports Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition, Dietitians in Nutrition Support, and Diabetes Care and Education.
