LAS VEGAS, Nevada - One Las Vegas auto service facility is now making European auto repair a truly rewarding experience. Frank’s European Service, previously Frank’s Mercedes Service, has launched “Frank’s Car Care Rewards”, a loyalty program that will allow customers to earn points with each service visit.
Owner Frank Scandura is dedicated to providing top-notch “Golden Wrench” service.
“At Frank's European Service, we're committed to taking care of our customers in the same manner we care for our families and friends,” says Mr. Scandura. “That means providing you with the highest quality of service for safe and reliable transportation.”
Mr. Scandura’s novel loyalty program lets customers know just how loyal he is to them by rewarding them for their patronage. “Frank’s Car Care Rewards” awards points with every service visit, and customers can redeem up to $100.00 worth of points at a time on any car in the household, or points may be given to a friend or relative. Points are redeemable for any service provided at both Frank’s European Auto Service locations.
There is no need to enroll or keep track of points. For customer convenience, Frank’s provides automatic enrollment and keeps points continually updated on file.
“Frank’s Car Care Rewards” is only the latest way Frank’s caters to their customers; they also provide shuttle service, complimentary coffee, water and Wi-Fi, a three-year, 36,000 mile warranty and a free oil change for each referral. To better meet customers’ needs and provide superior service, Frank’s expanded in 2010 and added a Henderson, Nevada location.
