Pittsburgh-Based Digital Media Company, Industry Weapon, Expands West - Opens Offices in Las Vegas and Phoenix

PITTSBURGH, Pa., February 9, 2012 – Industry Weapon, the innovative digital media solutions company, has serviced global customers from its Pittsburgh headquarters for the past ten years. Today, the growing company announced plans to increase its customer support and training facilities to partners and customers out west by opening locations in Las Vegas, NV and Phoenix, AZ.
The company’s new Las Vegas and Phoenix locations, however, will not merely be satellite offices.
“We are building out facilities to educate our partners and customers about what is possible when it comes to digital media communications using our platform,” said Industry Weapon CEO, David Wible. “This support has made people look at the types of customers and partners Industry Weapon has been able to attract and opening offices in these two locations is a natural extension of our support offering to our customers and partners.”
Wible added that the two offices will be referred to as digital media learning centers.
Industry Weapon has a firm commitment to providing best-in-class, free training and support, 24/7, to their customers and partners. This commitment to training and support is extended to continuing the company’s quest to improve the way that it teaches the curriculum that it builds.
The Las Vegas location was selected for a number of reasons. With the advances in high definition (HD) Telepresence and other high tech digital media, face-to-face meetings are now easier than ever before. But Industry Weapon realized that in-person contact is just as important. The company has a growing number of customers in Las Vegas, so setting up a presence in the city will help increase training and support of the company’s relationships out there.
As one of the fastest growing metro areas in the county, Phoenix is a focus for Industry Weapon and its growing partnerships with both Cisco and Intel. Both companies have a large presence in Phoenix and the office will further reinforce unified communications and embedded digital media solutions. The Phoenix location will focus primarily on instruction and training of Industry Weapon’s CommandCenterHD platform offerings.
