Pahrump Assisted Living and Memory Care opens Leasing Office

PAHRUMP, NEV., Aug. 20, 2012 – Since breaking ground in May 2012, Pahrump Assisted Living and Memory Care has received many inquiries from those interested in seeing what the new development will offer residents when it opens early next year. To accommodate that interest, a leasing office has opened at 3250 S. Hwy. 160, Suite 9B, Pahrump, NV 89048.
At the new Pahrump Assisted Living and Memory Care leasing office, floor plans, building renderings and design boards are available for review, and further information about services, features and amenities can be answered. To schedule an appointment, call 775-751-2300.
“Now that we have broken ground and are making great progress with the construction schedule, we are looking forward to providing quality senior living care to the Pahrump area in the very near future,” said Carrie Delaney, regional marketing director for Integral Senior Living (ISL), which is managing Pahrump Assisted Living and Memory Care. “Through our new leasing office, we look forward to introducing this wonderful new community to those who live, work and reside in Pahrump and the surrounding area.”
According to Delaney, Pahrump Assisted Living and Memory Care represents what seniors today are looking for in a senior living community with a private dining room, bistro, restaurant, salon and day spa, fitness/wellness center, game room, library, movie theater, fireside room, art studio and garden areas. “The community will promote a life of vigor and balanced living for its residents through activities and events focused on personal health and growth for enjoyment and meeting new friends,” she said. “Pahrump Assisted Living and Memory Care embraces the best in senior living in the 21st century.”
Upon completion, it will have 71 assisted living and memory care apartments, including studio and one-bedroom units ranging from 376 square feet to more than 500 square feet. Features are walk-in showers, emergency pendants/call system, individual air and heat control, patio or balcony, kitchenette, storage areas, high ceilings, ceiling fans and installed lighting.
Comprehensive assisted living services are available for those who choose or require assistance with their daily needs, but wish to remain as independent as possible. For those with Alzheimer's disease, dementia or other special needs, the community will offer a fully licensed memory care environment with 24-hour care and supervision.
Pahrump Assisted Living and Memory Care will provide a wide range of services and activities for residents. Finally relieved of housekeeping, home repair and meal preparation, residents will enjoy stimulating activities that provide social, educational, and recreational opportunities including exercise programs (e.g., yoga, Pilates, dancing, walking groups, tai chi), art classes (from painting to pottery-making), educational seminars, movies, social hours, card games, flower arranging classes, Wii activities (e.g., bowling leagues, golf, exercise classes), Men’s and Women’s Clubs, family nights, and off site excursions (e.g., museums, shows, scenic drives, dining out).
