Openings & Closings:

Exotic jewelry shop opens on the Strip, shopping center planned for summer

CORRECTION 4/6/2015: A previous version of this story incorrectly stated that the Capriotti's inside Green Valley Ranch Resort has closed. That information was based on an inaccurate press release distributed by the previous operator of the Green Valley Ranch Capriotti's. In fact, the restaurant is still open.

A restaurant franchise has expanded its Las Vegas presence with a second location, while a new jewelry store may have just the thing for those interested in exotic fashion.

Plus: A shopping plaza makes moves to meet their summer opening date and a local favorite closes a location.
