Opened in 2012, Trinity Land Surveying is a certified Woman Owned Small Business (WBE/WOSB) and signatory with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 12, offering full-service professional land surveying and 3D scanning. The NCA and its Diversity and Inclusion Council is credited for helping TLS through the certification process. Now, TLS has grown from three survey crews to 14 in just a few years.
As the only diverse land surveying company in Nevada, TLS’ primary focus and expertise is in the Las Vegas resort corridor and sporting arenas, though recently, it has expanded to include heavy highway and infrastructure, including bridge and tunnel work. The firm provides top-quality construction layout, structural steel layout and construction as-builts. Premier projects include Las Vegas Raiders Stadium, Convention Center Expansion Phase II, Las Vegas Ballpark, The Sphere, MGM Convention Center Expansion and Park MGM Eataly.
TLS has donated its services to Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth and Cupcake Girls. Additionally, Lisa Craig, president of TLS, has taken her passion for helping the homeless and started the nonprofit Stepping Stones to offer support and resources to this vulnerable population.
