Ashley Herndon has been a member of NCA for seven years and serves on the Ambassadors and Construction Leadership Council committees. As a member of CLC since 2015, Herndon has participated in several of CLC's outreach projects, such as Rebuild Together, CARE Complex, Gentlemen by Choice, Vegas Roots, The Healing Wall and B-Beautiful. In her role, she helped execute and coordinate CLC’s first blood drive in 2019 and assisted with the second held in July. In 2019, Herndon worked with Bergelectric’s Charitable Foundation committee to help plan two major events. The first event was an annual Bowling Fundraiser in which all proceeds went to the American Lung Association. The second event was the annual Cornhole Classic, supporting the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation. Last year, these Bergelectric events raised over $20,000 for these charities.
As a participant of NCA’s Annual Open House, Herndon speaks to potential members about the benefits of joining NCA. “I fully believe in what the Nevada Contractor’s Association stands for and the impact they make in our community,” Herndon said. “I stand by this organization and immerse myself fully in the committees I am a part of.”
