With a lifelong interest in art, fashion and design, Meghan Mossler launched luxury shoe brand Ross & Snow with her husband in 2017. Mossler is focused on customer experience and obsessed with design, quality and comfort. She splits her time between the Ross & Snow headquarters in Las Vegas and its Italian factories in Tuscany, overseeing all of the brand’s design and marketing.
Prior to the creation of Ross & Snow, Mossler worked for Zappos and eventually went on to launch Stitch Factory, Downtown Las Vegas’ incubator for fashion. She leveraged her industry experience and relationships in factories, design, retail and wholesale when founding Ross & Snow.
Mossler says that giving back is what has changed her life and contributed to her success. She and her husband donate to the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation, First Friday Foundation, Alexander Dawson School, Discovery Children’s Museum, Three Square and others.
