Las Vegas tenants worry as rent jumps average of 20%

The Alma Apartments are under construction near Sunset Road and Mountain Vista Parkway. A new report shows rents in the Las Vegas area increased 20% more in the first quarter of 2022 compared to the same period in 2021, to an average of about $1,450 per month.
