Las Vegas casinos and bars are fighting back against what some attorneys say is an abusive trademark lawsuit involving karaoke performances. The Las Vegas lawsuit involves Slep-Tone Entertainment Corp. of Charlotte, N.C., which regularly sues bars and karaoke jockeys around the country.
