Second person in small plane crash dies

A second person who was on a small plane that crashed on Labor Day in Henderson has died, officials at University Medical Center said on Tuesday. Susan Touchet had been hospitalized since the crash in which her husband, pilot Douglas Touchet, 45, of Erath, La., also died.
