NTSB points to driver inattention in fatal tour bus crash

The National Transportation Safety Board has pointed to driver inattention as the cause of a tour bus crash that killed seven people on a rural Arizona highway last year. The board met this morning in Washington, D.C., to discuss an investigation into the accident and suggest changes to safety rules to prevent similar accidents.
