Elvis Presley impersonator Mark Rumpler watches as journalists set up for a groundbreaking ceremony at the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign on Las Vegas Boulevard South Monday, Nov. 18, 2013. The groundbreaking was for a photovoltaic solar installation which will power the sign. The project is funded by donations from the Consumer Electronics Association, NV Energy, the Las Vegas Centennial Commission and Bombard Renewable Energy.
