Rebekah Johnson, a senior account executive with Hello! Las Vegas, signs a commemorative chip during a ground breaking ceremony for Speed Vegas, a $30 million, 90-acre racetrack project on Las Vegas Boulevard south of the M Resort, Monday, Sept. 21, 2015. The chips will be displayed on a wall at the track's Welcome Center. The project is expected to open in early 2016.
