Construction on new courthouse for the Nevada Supreme Court and the Nevada Court of Appeals is viewed from the Federal Justice Tower, a new office building in downtown Las Vegas, Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016. The building will provide office space for multiple components of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the U.S. Attorneys Office for the District of Nevada, the Federal Protective Service and the Department of Labors Office of the Inspector General.
