A home at the Desert Garden condo complex, 1720 W. Bonanza Road, on Monday, Feb. 23, 2015, sold for $10,000 in cash in 2014, the cheapest resale in the area last year. The estate at 99 Hawk Ridge Drive in Summerlin sold for $8 million in cash in 2014, the most expensive resale in the area last year.
