Bouchon

Thomas Keller's landmark bistro now serves the city's most sumptuous breakfast: buttery croissants, outrageously dense scones like ham and cheese, and goat's milk yoghurt with fresh cream and vanilla bean added for richness. The outdoor patio is idyllic and espresso tastes exactly as it would in Paris. Bouchon has three locations in the Venetian — a kiosk in front of the Venetian Theatre, which is open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, and two kiosks inside the Venetian Clock Tower, which are open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
The Las Vegas Weekly's Brock Radke ranked Bouchon to the No. 10 spot on his list of the 20 most important restaurants in Las Vegas.
