This is the spot to get a sandwich and a great lofty view of the Las Vegas skyline. Carvery 108 is on the 108th floor of the Stratosphere Tower. Meat selections are piled high on bakery-fresh Kaiser rolls. The in-house oven-roasted meat selections, which are carved to order, include Pepper Crusted USDA Choice New York Strip Loin of Beef, Bourbon Barbecued Shaved New York Strip, Ancho Chili Rubbed Turkey Breast, Thai Barbecued Shaved Turkey Breast, Guava Barbecued Pulled Pork and Jalapeño Chicken Sausage Rope. You can then customize your sandwich or salad from the condiments bar. Carvery 108 also has gumbo, baked potatoes, slaw, black eyed peas, three-cheese macaroni, chips, cookies, cupcakes and even cotton candy.
