Our Mission
Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas brings people together to build homes, communities and hope through earned homeownership.
Our Vision
A world where everyone has a decent place to live.
Our Goals
Homeownership through Habitat for Humanity Las Vegas is not a handout. Not only do our homeowners qualify for selection, but they contribute more than 300 hours of sweat equity alongside our staff and volunteers to help build the very place they will call home. Homeowners are also responsible for completing multiple trainings that we provide to help understand their home and prepare them for their homeownership journey.
The Financial Peace Project offers Clark County residents financial direction to help reduce their negative economic impacts and maximize their economic opportunities. This program provides people with the tools and resources needed to strengthen their financial future and teaches participants how to plan for homeownership, pay off debts and prepare their finances for any life events that may occur.
A Brush with Kindness provides free home repair services for qualifying Clark County homeowners, including minor home modifications, maintenance, and critical home repairs, helping them save money and peace of mind. It’s more than a revitalization program, it’s our opportunity to improve the safety, accessibility and livability for homeowners in our Las Vegas community.
